Hired for OVI Offense

Scott Kelly and his firm are very professional, knowledgable, and organized. They were always curtias, followed up on every court appearance with a reminder and provided me with the information I needed. Scott Kelly himself, is very knowledgeable of the laws and has a good sense of what can become of... a case. He was able to lower my charges and sentencing with his plea bargaining ability. He was always able to get me the advice and answers I needed. He was able to work with me on my work schedules and always followed up when I had concerns. I would personally like to thank Scott and would definately recommend Scott Kelly and his firm (including Chris Buccio who had recommended Scott to me due to his expertise in OVI cases) for any OVI cases.

Estate Matter

My father hired Scott about 3 years ago to handle an estate case for my grandma that had passed away. Scott did inform my father that this is his first estate case so bare with him thru the process. At first things were going alright, then things started going slow. Scott started not doing his job, h...e left his work p to myself and my father to take paperwork here and there to have signed or filled out. And im pretty sure that's the purpose of hiring a lawyer. My grandma had left behind two propertys and my fathers plans was to sell the one property to pay off the other property well that's the opposite of what Scott had done. We ended up having to sell the property we wanted to keep and that was supposed to pay off the other property so we didn't lose it. And it didn't. So now like i said about 3 years later our only property we have left is up for sheriff sale . Why?? Cause Scott Kelly didn't do his job. He doesn't return phone calls or do anything he's supposed to.
