I first met Dave when I hired him for my divorce. I knew right away that he was going to be the right attorney for me. Mr. McNamee took on my case for divorce. Obviously this was the worst thing I've ever experienced. After our first meeting and consultation I knew I had the right attorney for me. We have a minor child and he really cared about her and wanted to help me figure out how to not only get this divorce ove...r with but to help me fight for my child and he wanted to make sure that my ex and I both knew and understood that our child is the number one priority. I consulted David McNamee when my wife said that she wanted a divorce, and wanted to force me out of my house and my marriage with no money, and told me she was hiring a lawyer, because I would not agree to her crazy demands. It was all I could do to not let out a victory yell. I paid him $3,000 and its the best money I ever spent. Now my wife pays ME every month, and not the other way around. And she will be for years to come :) How many guys can say THAT? If you dont hire him, your ex might, and then you're gong to be in trouble....Trust me.
