David Matthew McNamee

Mr. Macnamee took on my dissolution which turned into a divorce over time. I had a particularly violent divorce with many police reports filed. David regularly failed to infom me of his dealings with the counsel and did absolutely opposite as I asked. He failed to file paperwork as needed and had a w...eird habit of blaming others for his laziness. I sought change of counsel midway through the divorce but couldn't afford it. However, during the consults with the other attorneys, it was apparent they were appalled at the sloppy case work he performed. I was asked over and over why I declined to this and that and why I wasn't filing a CPO and the sort. I couldn't answer. When they asked who my attorney was and I told them...both shook their heads and were within only a few words apart to describe David Macnamee, "You'll get represented but you won't get an attorney." Avoid this guy at all costs. He is just simply lazy.

David McNamee has been my only Attorney for the last 10 years. He isn't afraid to tell me what I do not want to hear if he knows the end result will be the right move. He's won every single case for me. He has always looked out for what is best for myself and my child and never sugar-coated anything ...or made false promises to me.
