David Matthew McNamee

I first met Dave when I hired him for my divorce. I knew right away that he was going to be the right attorney for me. Dave informed me of all the possible hurdles that I would experience during the process in the beginning. This helped me out when things did not always go as planned in the system.... Dave always maintained honesty and transparency during one of the most difficult times in my life. Mr. McNamee took on my case for divorce. Obviously this was the worst thing I've ever experienced. After our first meeting and consultation I knew I had the right attorney for me. We have a minor child and he really cared about her and wanted to help me figure out how to not only get this divorce ove...r with but to help me fight for my child and he wanted to make sure that my ex and I both knew and understood that our child is the number one priority. That was all I cared about the moment I knew this was happening, and that was important to him. We had a few conversations and he laid out to me what I would be obligated for, which I appreciated. He then asked me what I wanted out of this and that was huge in my eyes. So after our meeting my ex wife and I had a meeting with Mr. McNamee and we came up with a deal for dissolution. It worked well for us both. The office staff is wonderful, very responsive, caring and there for you. You get much more than an attorney, at times it was like having a coach and other times it was like having a teammate. I was never left wondering, my questions were never unanswered, I felt like I was very important from start to finish. Thank you so much, this chapter of my life is now closed and I couldn't have done it without Mr. McNamee and his staff.

Mr. Macnamee took on my dissolution which turned into a divorce over time. I had a particularly violent divorce with many police reports filed. David regularly failed to infom me of his dealings with the counsel and did absolutely opposite as I asked. He failed to file paperwork as needed and had a w...eird habit of blaming others for his laziness. I sought change of counsel midway through the divorce but couldn't afford it. However, during the consults with the other attorneys, it was apparent they were appalled at the sloppy case work he performed. I was asked over and over why I declined to this and that and why I wasn't filing a CPO and the sort. I couldn't answer. When they asked who my attorney was and I told them...both shook their heads and were within only a few words apart to describe David Macnamee, "You'll get represented but you won't get an attorney." Avoid this guy at all costs. He is just simply lazy.

My mother went through a nasty divorce that nearly broke her but with the help of David she was able to save what little she had and recoupe what she had lost. David made sure despite the lengthy case time that my family was taken care of. I cannot say enough about this person. He is compassionate an...d genuinely cares about the people he works for. I have recently sent him a friend and he has agreed to take her on and I cannot be happier about it if you are looking for results and to be represented quite simply David is the person to talk to.
