Brian David Huelsman

Brian Huelsman was appointed to me as a public defender. I had contacted his office as well as he by phone prior to my hearing. He made no attempt to contact me prior to my hearing, I was only able to consult with him after court proceedings had begun the day of my hearing. At that time there was no ...to time to review or discuss the charges I faced, he only relayed the information put forth by the prosecutor, he did not provide any advice or opinion he only wanted to know if I wanted to plead guilty or a to schedule a trial date. I ask what good is a public defender who has no inclination of providing advice let alone a defense?
