Griff and I have worked together for years....I have not yet lost a case. Yes he is busy but what good lawyer isn't. Returns all calls come prepared and ready to work. Would recommend in a heart beat. Just now having my daughter move into my home because of my last hearing. This has taken time but he... does the work to get it done. Thank you

I hired griff a few months ago too try and get me custody of my daughter, and he got it for me, and now I'm using him again in another case, he stayed after hours too meet with me, answered every question I had no matter the time, he even took them when he was at home on his personal time and phone, ...I highly recommend him.

I was refered to Griff after my attorney passed away. Griff took on our case which consisted of three contempt motions (citing about 30 violations) a change of custody and/or modification of visitation also intertwined was the defendants contempt (bogus points that quickly fell apart in court) and a ...motion for change of custody. I hired Griff six weeks before the final hearing, and he did an amazing job. So much so that I am doing this review before I even receive the verdict. I know that Griff couldn't have done a better job. He was very knowledgable of the case, I even had difficulty remembering everything and keeping everything straight and I went through it , so I could only imagine how hard it would have been for him to get everything straight and understand what was happeing.This case was complicated. Griff always made time for me, I meet with him three times prior to our case and promptly returned any of my calls. You could not ask for a better lawyer. He was great in the court room and with preparations for the trial.(the poor guy had to go through maybe 60 plus pages of text messages)

When my wife and I got divorced 5 years ago my attorney suggested I settle for shared custody of my three girls, 8, 6 & 2 years old at the time. He told me I wouldn't stand a chance at getting sole custody of them because my wife had never worked and had provided most of their primary care. When I contacted my current attorney he told me I still didn’t have a real case. He said she’d complete diversion and that would be the end of it. After this I searched the web to find an attorney. I came across Griff’s website and called him the next day. He took my case, scheduled payments for me, and took care of the rest. When our day in court I finally arrived, Griff had subpoenaed several willing teachers and family members who supported my accusations. My ex-wife quickly agreed to surrender custody of my girls. I never saw the inside of the courtroom. Griff had done everything he promised to do. Since then we’ve been back to court with the same results; I got everything I’d asked for without seeing the inside of the courtroom. I credit Griff with helping me provide my girls with a new lease on life. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a caring, compassionate, honest, and trust worthy attorney.
