Biography
Jeff carries an impressive history within the "legal" realm. Starting with an education at DePauw and later Marquette University. This began the impressive 38 years of practice that Jeff has obtained. Along those 38 years Jeff has gained extensive experience in both criminal defense and civil trial cases. This includes criminal jury trials from theft to murder as well as medical malpractice, personal injury and much more. Not only has Jeff had an impressive history as a lawyer he also has many other professional achievements – as listed – President of the Dayton Bar Association from 2002 to 2003, 5.0 AV Preeminent® rating, voted top 60 lawyers in Dayton, Ohio by his peers, Former Montgomery County Common Pleas Court Judge (appointed by Governor Taft in 2000), Full-time Referee in Dayton Municipal Court (over 5 years), Instructor at Ohio Judicial College, and the list goes on. Jeff is also a Certified mediator for the US District Court and has extensive experience in both mediation and arbitration continuing to hold very high success rates in both fields.
