What can I say? I’ve been a client of hers since 2019 through an incredibly difficult divorce and ongoing challenges with an insatiable ex. Throughout it all, she has been knowledgeable, strategic, and a strong advocate for both me and my children. She fought for things that others may have overlooke...d, and every time, her guidance and advocacy proved to be the right approach. She communicates clearly, genuinely cares, and makes you feel supported during some of the hardest moments imaginable. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing an attorney who is both compassionate and effective. Hopefully I won’t need to hire her again, but if I do, I’m fully confident she will deliver excellent results.

I went through heather for my divorce . And honestly I didn’t really need a lawyer just guidance on filing out the paperwork . I knew my ex wasn’t going to appear so there wasn’t going to be a fight . I paid heather in full up front . After 8 months I finally got a court date . Due to covid I underst...ood that . My divorce has been final since October and I am now getting notices from the court that my filing fees haven’t been paid . I contacted another party from her office who adviced me it would be taken care of immediately, however obviously it wasn’t because I have now received another notice and just contacted the courts to learn it still haven’t been taken care of . I don’t even care that she didn’t appear at court and sent another lawyer in her place . Like I said there was no real need for a lawyer in my case . But atleast make sure my filing fees that I have already paid are taken care of . I have messaged many times in regards to this matter and have received no response .

She managed my dissolution just fine back in 2014. However, I will say there were quite a few errors in the paperwork, so that tells me the job was rushed and sloppily done. Anyway, I decided to call her in regards to a current custody issue, seeing as she served as a guardian ad-litem and I thought ...she could be beneficial for my situation. She really was nice. But it's been two months, and I never heard a word.

Heather did my divorce and then a review of my custody case. She handled everything professionally and in a timely manner. She is very skilled in custody cases, and works as a Guardian ad litem in the Courts she practices. She was able to work out a lot of details with the other attorney before going... to court so we could focus on what really mattered, custody. I would highly recommend her to anyone, and have referred her to friends and family.

My wife and I used Heather in our dissolution and couldn't have had a worse experience. She does not return calls nor does she answer emails. She is often out of contact for days at a time with no reason or explaination to the "disappearance". She can't keep her facts straight and can't seem to draw... up documents without leaving out important details.
