Humble, Helpful, Deligent Attorney

We have already recommended Attorney David Smith to others. My husband and I have been dealing with a very stressful situation concerning a legal matter for a couple of years. Once we contacted Attorney Smith he explained our options, he walked us through weighing out the best option for us. Mr. S...mith was very up front and honest throughout the whole process keeping us updated step by step. He was very thorough with the information and documentation involved in our case. He made us feel comfortable and confident during the whole process. He has a way with people that you would not expect from a lawyer. He also is very knowledgeable in his profession. Our case was successful! If ever we would need counsel, we would call upon Attorney Smith again.

Review for Attorney David Julian Smith

Our overall experience was excellent. The only problem we had was David's phone messages that we left for him were not received by him. When I emailed him there was immediate response with expertise and professionalism. He apologized for not getting the phone messages. David is very nice and humble. ... Both are attributes not usually associated with a very capable lawyer. David was highly organized with all documents neatly prepared in a binder which allowed proceedings to flow smoothly in court. I would highly recommend David Smith and will call on him if I ever need a lawyer again.

Helpful, responsive, and diligent attorney

I had been dealing with an extremely aggressive collections agency. They would call and harass me multiple times a day, demanding payment in full, with threats of litigation and wage garnishments. This was an extremely stressful situation for my wife and I, as we struggle to make ends meet as we ...pay our way through school and live independently. The impending threat of legal action against me was overwhelming, So I reached out to David Smith for representation. Having never hired an attorney before, I didn't know what to expect and I had no idea what my options would be. Mr. Smith was very open through out the entire process. He was quick to respond to any questions and concerns I had, and ultimately was able to save me several hundred dollars in negotiating a settlement that favored me, instead of the collections agency. I appreciate the fact that he gave my case hus full attention.
