My Corporation hired him to help with purchase of a bar. The contract he wrote and non compete clause is the worse that has ever been written. So bad it is costing me to loose my lawsuit against the old owner who opened a identical business less than 200 yards away with my menu and pricing. The judge, My current lawyer, My other lawyer from buying out my partner, the 3 Lawyers for the defense has all said it was the worst written contract.
