Biography
I am currently a partner with the Law Offices of Crehan & Thumann, LLC. My legal practice focuses on Criminal Defense, DUI/OVI Defense, Personal Injury and general litigation.
I have successfully handled cases in most Southern Ohio County Mayors, Municipal, and Common Pleas Courts; as well as the Commonwealth of Kentucky's District , Circuit and Federal Courts.
I have held the position of Special Prosecutor in the City of Mason, Ohio and City of Hamilton, Ohio Municipal Courts.
In addition to my formal education, I have received specialized training regarding DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, and qualified by the NHTSA & IACP.
I have also been qualified by the Supreme Court of Ohio to represent indigent defendants accused of Capital Murder/Death Penalty.
I am license to practice law in the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

I was charged with drug abuse or drug possession for really small amount of marijauna; and the consequences, which include a license suspension, suspension of student loans/grants, and an unappealing record to employers or schools, are quite serious. I am in college so those penalties would have done...

MONEY WELL SPENT !!
KEN TOOK MY CASE AND TOLD ME EXACTLY HOW IT WOULD GO DOWN AND TURN OUT. EVERYTHING HE SAID THAT WOULD HAPPEN DID. IT WAS THE BEST OUTCOME THAT COULD HAVE HAPPEN. I RECOMMEND KEN FOR ANY AND ALL LEGAL AID NEEDED . I HAVE IN THE PAST HAD LAWYERS TELL ME WHAT WOULD COME OUT OF THE COURTS AND WHER WRONG....
