Biography
I am currently a partner with the Law Offices of Crehan & Thumann, LLC. My legal practice focuses on Criminal Defense, DUI/OVI Defense, Personal Injury and general litigation.
I have successfully handled cases in most Southern Ohio County Mayors, Municipal, and Common Pleas Courts; as well as the Commonwealth of Kentucky's District , Circuit and Federal Courts.
I have held the position of Special Prosecutor in the City of Mason, Ohio and City of Hamilton, Ohio Municipal Courts.
In addition to my formal education, I have received specialized training regarding DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, and qualified by the NHTSA & IACP.
I have also been qualified by the Supreme Court of Ohio to represent indigent defendants accused of Capital Murder/Death Penalty.
I am license to practice law in the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
