Assist clients with the design of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives. Assist clients with administration of estates and trusts after the death of a loved one. Representation of executors and trustees in connection with their fiduciary duties and their relationships with beneficiaries of the estate and/or trust. Assist families with the creation of special needs trusts to protect the assets of a disabled individual while retaining government benefits.

General representation of individuals in the formation of a business including choice of entity planning from liability and tax perspectives. Assist business owners with day to day operational issues such as lease and contract negotiations and employee issues. Assist business owners with the development of a succession plan in the event of disability, retirement or death. Assist business owners with the sale and/or purchase of business interests.

Assist individuals and families develop solutions to protect and preserve assets in retirement and to fund long term care. Assist individuals and married couples with maximizing assets that can be maintained by the family in the event long term care is necessary. Assist clients with Medicaid qualification and application. Representation of guardians in probate court.

Advise individuals and businesses with regard to income, partnership, and corporate tax issues. Represent individuals and businesses in controversies with the Internal Revenue Service including representation of individuals and businesses in United States Tax Court.
