I’m Nancy R. Wagner, an estate planning and probate attorney based in Mason, Ohio, proudly serving clients throughout the Greater Cincinnati area—including West Chester, Loveland, Montgomery, and Blue Ash. With over 25 years of legal experience, I focus on helping families protect what matters most through customized estate plans, wills, trusts, and probate services.
I began my legal career in 1995, and over the years I’ve advised Fortune 500 companies, led complex international transactions, and served as in-house counsel at GE Aerospace. But my greatest professional fulfillment has come from returning to my hometown and working one-on-one with individuals, families, and small business owners.
From creating multi-generational estate plans to guiding clients through the probate process with care and clarity, I bring deep legal knowledge and a calm, client-centered approach. I’ve managed more than 75 estate plans annually through a trusted, referral-only practice, and my former firm, Wagner Law LLC, was recognized as one of the “Best Law Firms in the Region” multiple years in a row.

my experience
I have little knowledge of the legal side of estates so when my mom's health was failing and when she passed away Nancy was knowledgeable and very helpful she was also caring and kind. She helped me so much and continues to assist me as the need arises. I consider her a new friend.
