Well Unfortunately i have fallen victim to this scum bag So called attorney!! I got his info from my local FFL Dealer when i asked him for an attorney who could help me get my FFL for my home based business . Anyway i called this P.O.S and he told me he could help me no problem and would be in the a...rea and could stop by my house to discuss what i needed in detail. so i said come on by and when he arrived i told him what i needed and he said no problem and took my deposit and gave me a receipt and a form stating that i hired him to help me., we both signed it and away he went!!!!!! Called him once a week later "Because i did not hear or receive any correspondence at all!! "and asked what was happening in my case and he said he would send me over some paper work for me to sign and that's the last i heard or seen of him !! and its been three weeks now with no call back or update . nor can i call him because he does not answer his phone or return his messages!!!!!!!! I can and will file a complaint with the Ohio bar association and the disciplinary counsel and maybe get a stop to this low life so he cannot do this to anyone else..!!! But I'am guessing nothing will happen to this scumbag and my money is as good as gone. Please people DO YOUR RESEARCH WHEN YOU HIRE AN ATTORNEY! If i had done that i would not be out hundreds of dollars with NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT!

My husband first contacted Attorney Bellew for a child visitation and support issues. Since then I have used him for a criminal case, and my mother has used him for a divorce. He doesn't require thousands of dollars down, he will take payments. He also will meet when and where t is convenient, eve...n on weekends for in the evening after work. I got my ticket for driving under suspension, when I went through a DUI checkpoint. He required the prosecution to provide him with all the research showing that the checkpoint was set up and run like it should be. After motions to force the police and prosecutor to give information, the prosecutor gave up on that charge, and i got a small fine, no points, no probation. Great job.

I hired Tim for a felony criminal case in Summit County. He filed his discovery and documents immediately, talked to the prosecutor before the scheduled pretrial. I was nervous because of the seriousness of the charges. Well, he did great. Better than I though. Affordable, caring and willing to ...go out of his way to meet and help.

I spoke to Attorney Bellew about a DUS case. I was nervous because it was my third driving under suspension. I'm a single mother, and couldn't go to jail. I need to pay almost $1,000 in fines and reinstatement costs to get my license back. I could do that, being a single mom with no child support.... He also filed contempt charges on the child support matter, so I'm finally getting some child support, after almost 5 years with nothing. Did great. He really cares about his clients.

I had one attorney for a divorce who did nothing, and I mean nothing. Did not file an answer to the divorce complaint, did not file any motions - I mean did nothing. Tim took over the case, immediately filed an answer to the divorce complaint, motions for me to force my ex to register the car so I ...could drive, good visitation order. The outcome of the divorce was great, I got everything I wanted. Great job!
