Terrible Lazy Attorney. Would not return calls, didn't file documents on time. Do not use!
Mr Herbaugh was appointed to defend me for an appeal. After my initial contact with him, he never returned a call or email. Mr. Herbaugh also failed to file my appeal on time and as of this writing never did file it. I eventually had to contact the court to get a new attorney who is going to file...
