Scott Williams provides estate planning and trusts. He is the principal of his firm
Mr. Williams has been our attorney for our trusts since l996. We have also had him provide legal assistance for my father's trust when my father died. Scott Williams is a firm advocate for continuing education for all of his clients and makes great effort to reach all of us either in group meetings...
"I have had the pleasure of knowing Scott for five years through our membership in the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, and attending his training workshops for estate planning attorneys. Scott is one of the most knowledgeable and conscientious estate planning attorneys I have met. More importantly, he is one of those rare attorneys who truly cares about and knows his clients. If you are looking for a quality estate planning attorney who will always put your best interests first, then Scott is your man."
"I have known Scott for over 25 years and give my unqualified endorsement of him as an attorney and friend. Scott is honest and compassionate. He works hard for his clients and really knows the "ins and outs" of Estate Planning and Elder Law. He can be trusted to hep protect what is most important to you and your family. Do not hesitate to give him a call today if you are in need of legal advice or services. He will be there to help you."
"I began working as an associate attorney with Scott in 2014. It is impossible for me to overstate how important he has been in my career development both from a technical training standpoint and as a professional. Interacting with an incredible mentor like Scott on a daily basis has put me years and years ahead of where I would have been as an attorney had we never met. I look forward to a bright future working with Scott and the service team at Scott A. Williams & Associates."
"Scott is incredibly talented in all aspects of estate planning. His innovative approach to the practice of law creates a unique and special experience for all of his clients. I would certainly trust Scott and his team to take care of any family’s estate planning needs."
"Scott is a truly caring attorney who puts his clients above all. He is known nationally and is considered by his peers to be a top notch estate planning attorney. Many attorneys across the country, including me, look to Scott for guidance. He is a true leader in the "industry" (and he is even a really nice person). You can count on Scott."
"I have been known Scott Williams through the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys since 2006. I have been privileged to have had many hours of education taught by Scott. Scott combines top level technical expertise, mastery of practice systems for running a law office, and a caring and compassionate nature, which is part of why he teaches as much as he does as part of NNEPA. He is a mentor to many including me, and an inspiration to everyone that knows him in the legal profession. I have the highest level of confidence in his capabilities as an estate planning attorney, and also know that he brings caring, compassion and sensitivity to every client he works with."
"Scott has been one of my mentors in learning how to do proper estate planning. I have come to admire Scott as a kind and caring individual who is constantly and intelligently innovating in the estate planning field. One would be hard pressed to find a more caring or qualified attorney to care for their family's trust and estate planning needs."
"I have known Scott for nearly 20 years through the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys. I have had the privilege of teaching a number of 3 day Continuing Legal Education workshops with Scott and have always been particularly impressed with both his technical expertise and the caring and compassionate manner in which he counsels his clients. Scott is a lawyer that will take the time to ensure his clients understand how their estate plans work and goes the extra mile of providing a formal estate plan maintenance program that provides ongoing education, counseling and updates to legal documents. He is most committed to creating estate plans that accomplish the goals for which they were put in place. He is both a colleague and friend for whom I give the highest endorsement."
"I have known Scott for more than 20 years, having taught with him and learned from him in continuing education classes for estate planning attorneys in Ohio and throughout the United States. Among many positives, he has created systems that has resulted in what may be the best-run estate law firm I've ever seen. He is smart, ethical and cutting-edge in his knowledge of estate planning and trusts."
"Scott is one of the best estate planning attorneys in the country. He is one of my mentors and I would trust my mom and my family with him for estate planning services if I could. Anyone would be lucky to have him on your side and representing you in the estate planning process."
"Scott is one of those rare lawyers for whom client service is a mission. I've learned much about caring for clients from him, and aspire to have the degree of respect from my clients that he does from his. So many attorneys who "do estate plans" for people just take a document order, generate standardized forms, charge a fee and send them out the door. Not Scott. Scott first makes sure his clients know what is possible so they can make fully informed decisions about what they "want" to do; then he designs a plan to do that. He helps those clients assure that their assets are re-titled to follow the plan (I've never met an attorneys more passionate about this critical step!) and then goes even further by committing to help the clients keep their plans up to date as their lives change and the laws evolve. It is without reservation that I recommend my friend and colleague Scott Williams to anyone who wants an estate plan that will work!"
"I have worked with Scott Williams in the estate planning arena for a number of years. His law firm is truly education-focused. Scott has developed a unique approach to estate planning that makes the complex subject of estate planning easy to understand. He establishes life-long relationships with his clients, his client's helpers, and his client's families. Scott understands that estate plans must be maintained and updated because of changes in the law, the tax system, the family, mobility of family helpers, and Scott's constantly evolving methods for addressing his client's issues. I endorse Scott Williams and the process he has developed to make sure that his client's estate plans work as intended."
