Dale Naticchia

I was referred to Dale and after our initial consultation I decided to hire him. We went over my case and he felt I had a good chance of getting my OVI lowered down to physical control. Reasoning behind this is due to the fact that I blew low .12, I cooperated with the cops and I was to take the 72... hr. driver intervention program and come out with a good assessment. I took the class and was given a good assessment, he presented all the info. to the prosecutor who than agreed to the physical control. This was my second offense however my first one was 12 years ago but to get a second offense lowered down is pretty amazing!! My husband and I knew that we would need a good Attourney when our case came about. It was with child services. They can operate independently of normal laws so it is really more of a guilty until proven innocent kind of deal.
