I hired Dale after being arrested in my car, at my home, with the car turned off. Yes you read that correctly. After receiving all the evidence the courts decided to rightfully reduce my charge and I would just have to complete a weekend program. Because of my work schedule and busy life this woul...d not be easy for me to do so I asked dale to fight it and he was able to successfully negotiate me out of the weekend program. Dale did exactly what he said by getting ovi reduced to physical control. Refusal to submit to sobriety test caused an automatic administrative suspension. Dale also got that removed and driving privileges re-instated that day at court appearance. I was charged with an OVI, resisting arrest, and fleeing from an officer (the last two charges were wrong given the circumstances).
