I am a 30 year old physician and received my first ever DUI last thanksgiving. Prior to this, I had no criminal history whatsoever. I was very concerned about the impact this would have on my career. I was referred to Dale and after our initial consultation I decided to hire him. We went over my case and he felt I had a good chance of getting my OVI lowered down to physical control. Reasoning behind this is due to the fact that I blew low .12, I cooperated with the cops and I was to take the 72... hr. driver intervention program and come out with a good assessment.
