There are no two better people around to whom with you can intrust your legal matters. Dale is a straight shooter, but will do everything in his power ro attain the most favorable result possible, given your situation. Venus is the great complement to Dale, as she will keep you in the loop all along... the way, and thus, you will never feel like you're being left "hanging out to dry". Attorney Dale Natacchia truly made me feel like his only client. His entire office is extremely busy, I have seen him in downtown Cleveland almost every time I've been there with another client. When I first contacted him the day after I got my second DUI, he spoke with me on the phone for about an h...our, asking me about myself, how I felt, and how he would help me moving forward. The contract I was given to sign with his firm was very clear and thurough. He was truly concerned with my well being throughout my trial process. I have dealt with other law firms in the past and their main goal only seemed to get my money. Dale, himself, or another lawyer, Joe, whom I dealt with never asked me for a dime. I felt they were actually concentrated on my case and what I hired them for. The business end of the deal was left to their secretary as it should be, who was extremely kind and understanding. I honestly do not have an ill word to say about this office. They helped me accomplish my goals on my case and continually check in with me on how I'm resolving it. When I first called, they told me "yeah you want Dale".. they were definitely right.

My husband and I knew that we would need a good Attourney when our case came about. It was with child services. They can operate independently of normal laws so it is really more of a guilty until proven innocent kind of deal. We hired Dale because he had great reviews and it turned out he was our sa...ving grace. He really advocated for us and really made the prosecutors backtrack and think. He is very easy to talk to and has had lots of experience over the years. I would definitely recommend giving him a call if you find yourself in a situation that warrants legal advice and or representation. You certainly would not want to find yourself opposing him as he knows what he is doing!!!

Getting charged for OVI in Ohio is never a fun experience. When you are in this situation, the number one thing you need is a friend who will fight for you and that is exactly what Dale did for me. I was in a situation where I had a prior within the 20 year lookback period. Dale did an excellent j...ob of building a compelling enough case that he was able to take the charge all the way down to a physical control charge (no points on your license, no suspension). I had never met Dale before, but I am grateful it was him whom I retained. He is a true professional who will listen to you, who will due his due diligence for you, and put you in the best positon to reduce or eliminate whatever you have been charged with.

Getting pulled over is a very humbling experience. I was very overwhelmed by the entire experience and felt that the reputation I had upheld my entire 36 years of existence was on the line. One my initial call to the office, I was introduced to Connie who helped to keep me sane and essentially 'tal...ked me off the ledge'. She was so calming and explained the entire process to me so that there were no surprises and when I met Dale, he did the same Dale is extremely knowledgeable and make sure that you are as well. He was available 24 hours a day every day and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. He fought extremely hard for me and never once questioned my position. He fought so hard I was able to get a much better outcome than I thought I would! I hope to never be in that situation again, but I do know that I can count on him if I am!
