I was charged with OVI in Cleveland Heights. The cops also added driving in marked lines, swerving, and seatbelt. I refused to blow. I was given an Automatic License Suspension (ALS) as a result. As we entered the courtroom to notify the Judge we would not be taking the plea deal, the prosecutor (visibly flustered) offered a Reckless Op (non alcohol related offense, 4pts) and a Swerving. WIN! And Joe had the ALS thrown out! No reinstatement fee and I was a valid driver within an hour due to his connections at the BMV. I had this enormous weight on my shoulder for months. The BIG DAY finally came and, with Joe's help, I left with the ability to drive freely and only had to pay the court $200 for the tickets. Of course, every situation is different. Was arrested last August for OVI. Was silly enough to consent to a breathalyzer; blew nearly double the limit. From day one Joe and Ken were upfront and honest with his opinion on possible outcomes.
