Anna Maria Petronzio

Anna M. Petronzio, who co-founded the firm in 1993, is a graduate of the Catholic University of America (B.A.1990), John Carroll University (M.A. 1999) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D. 1993). She concentrates her practice in the areas of Family Law, Estate Planning, and Probate administration and litigation.

Anna is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar and Geauga County Bar, and has been admitted to the Bars of the State of Ohio and the United States Supreme Court. Anna practices in Cuyahoga, Geauga, and Lake counties.

Anna is a co-founder of Cleveland Academy of Collaborative Professionals, a non-profit organization which educates attorneys and promotes non-traditional alternatives to the resolution of family law matters. Anna is a certified divorce mediator. Her goal will be to resolve your divorce or other family law issues, such as child custody and visitation or child and spousal support, with minimum stress to you and your family. She represents clients in a variety of family law matters, including dissolution of marriage, divorce, custody and premarital agreements.

Probate and estate administration services include assisting your loved ones in carrying out your wishes when that time arrives and assisting and advising the Executor and Trustee as to their duties. It is Anna’s goal to reduce the burden of administering an estate to those grieving over the loss of a friend or family member. Anna is also experienced in representing families who have issues concerning estates in probate court or where an action needs to be brought in probate court.
