Deanna Lynn di Petta

Deanna's work and legal strategy negatively impacted my divorce case and my life going forward post-divorce. Her bloated fees forced me into a bad settlement to avoid incurring additional, unwarranted attorney fees for her to continue negotiations. She charged me nearly $100,000 in fees for an un...fair result unsupported by law. After paying a portion of the fees, the remainder of my debt to her firm was discharged. Nevertheless, she and her firm continued sending me invoices to pay the discharged debt in violation of a court order. I would not recommend her or her firm.

Hired her at this fancy over priced law firm, paid her way too much money for her to only waste time and money. I thought she might be able to handle my very difficult case ( she assured me she was up for the task) but it turns out she was no match for my ex nor his lawyer. She crumbled and failed m...iserably. She was flustered during depositions, lost and often appeared clueless or unprepared in court and often got into petty email wars with the opposing counsel. She was fired after the case went no where. She should look into another career. She’s just not cut out for this.
