David Lash has been a lifelong resident of the Cleveland Heights/Beachwood, Ohio area. He graduated from Cleveland Heights High School and attended college at Ohio University, majoring in psychology. After graduation from Ohio University, David worked his way through Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and became a licensed attorney November 4, 1977.

Great Attorney

Mr. Lash has been my attorney for more than 30 years. Most recently he was working on a foreclosure case. Even though I have only minimal income, he was able to negotiate a loan modification with the lender for me to stay in my home. When we first started off I thought it was going to be a longshot but Mr. Lash got me a very affordable loan modification. I am very grateful and would recommend him highly!

Real Estate Attorney

I met attorney David Lash three years ago, while he was assisting another client in a foreclosure case. A year later, as an inexperience real estate investor, I got myself into a very complicated situation by purchasing a foreclosed property that had a mortgage lien on it. David Lash was the attorney I called for help. On our first meeting, Mr. Lash explained the process and his plans to guide me through this complicated foreclosure system. A great lawyer to have.

My wife and I deeply appreciated Mr. Lash in explaining to us the mortgage history payment. He put together a letter detailing the history of our mortgage payment and sent it to our lender indicating all payments were made on time. It appears that their research department is now on board with information sent to them and hopefully all will be resolved shortly. Thank you Mr. Lash for your quick response, your thorough explanation and answering all of our questions with reasonable answers. We highly recommend Mr. Lash.

Highly Recommended

Attorney David Lash was a true Godsend. Prior to speaking to him other Attorneys gave me misinformation which put me in the predicament that Attorney Lash got me out of. He saved my home. Did a Great Job

When my condominium went into foreclosure, David Lash helped me through what can be a very difficult process. He was able to keep us in the condo for quite some time, despite the bank pushing for a sheriff's sale. He explains things well and always makes time to answer questions. If the bank has you in the ropes and you are worried you will be put out on the street, David Lash can help.

Best lawyer and council I have ever been in contact with!

David has been very helpful in assisting me with so many different areas of my life including acquiring legal documents and paying attention to the needs that I wouldn't even think about. Traffic offense

Excellent Attorney

I would highly recommend David Lash as an attorney. Our house went into foreclosure when I lost my job. My wife and I have six children together and we were very afraid that we would lose our home. Right from the start Mr. Lash told me he could defend on the foreclosure long enough for me to get a new job, get caught up on our bills, and apply for a loan modification. He got us a loan modification and the payments are lower than before. He is a great guy, answered all of our questions, and always kept us informed.

Excellent Attorney

Me Lash is a great attorney! My brother’s house went into foreclosure when he had serious medical conditions and had to be hospitalized. By the time I found out about it, the bank already had a judgment. When my brother and I met with Mr Lash, he told us not to give up hope. He walked us through the loan modification process. Mr Lash got my brother a loan modification, saved the house and had the foreclosure dismissed. I would highly recommend David Lash as a foreclosure attorney.

Out of state nightmare!

We hired Mr. Lash to deal with a bad real estate deal we got involved in. We lived in IL and we're overwhelmed with how to settle the charges, fines, and paperwork. Mr. Lash took care of everything on time, very professionally, and we never had to even come to OH. The settlement was less than half of what we owed. We would recommend Mr. Lash for any and all your legal needs and would use him again!
