Timothy Alan Hess

I recently had the pleasure of being represented by Attorney Hess, and I am certainly glad I did. He kept me well informed throughout my case, followed through with his word, made me feel very comfortable during appearances, prepared me on what to expect , and got the results I not only hoped for but... deserved. Extremely friendly and easy to talk to, answered any questions or concerns I had in a very precise manner, and ultimately was able to get a felony 2 , reduced to a simple misdemeanor no jail no fines and non reporting probation for a few months instead of potentially looking at 3-8 yrs mandatory. I was blessed to have been appointed Mr. Hess, he was all I could have wanted and more with my life essentially in his hands. I will absolutely use him if ever I get wrapped up in an unfortunate situtation ever again down the road, and will refer anyone else I know who developes legal woes of their own. Thank you again Tim.
