5 stars doesn't begin to cover how highly I recommend Tim! I hired Tim for two separate OVI charges that occurred roughly 1 year apart from each other. He was able to get both of them knocked down to lesser charges, have my fines greatly reduced, and my full driving privileges back in under 6 months ...of each case. Tim was very professional and attentive from day one. Any time I contacted him I was replied to almost immediately. It was like talking to a friend. It was my first offense with an OVI, complete stupid mistake on my part. Tim could tell that this was just a mistake, so he was very flexible with his payments and worked very hard to get it knocked down so it wouldn’t be on my record forever. He was very diligent in all his work and research on the... case. After putting pressure on the prosecutor for four hearings and them struggling to get the cop to show up to the hearings. They proposed a deal of physical control, which is zero points on my license, $250 fine, the 3 day alcohol class and the biggest part is it can be expunged off my record which I would say is a win to what it could have been.
