Biography
Experience Matters. Experience cannot be taught, it's not learned in school and you're certainly not born with it. Experience is the result of hard work, dedication, tenacity and respect. I have earned the respect of my collegues and opponents and I'm proud to be able to put my 30+ years of personal injury experience to use for my clients.
When you are involved in a serious personal injury matter, you want to results that my experience can provide. I will be honored to talk with you and guide you through this ever-changing field of law.
I am often heard telling my clients how proud I am to be able to say that I am a born and bred Clevelander, having lived here all my life - I've raised my family here, practiced law here and I'll retire here (not soon, hopefully). It's an exciting time to be part of the resurrgence of this great City - - Cleveland Rocks ! ! !

Put the Insurance company in their place. Hire Tom.
After a serious injury from a motorcycle accident, Tom helped me get the money necessary to have the multiple surgeries needed to fix my broken legs. The insurance company initially gave me a hard time trying to say it was a previous injury. Tom proved them wrong and got a very favorable settlement ...
