5 stars doesn't begin to cover how highly I recommend Tim! I hired Tim for two separate OVI charges that occurred roughly 1 year apart from each other. He was able to get both of them knocked down to lesser charges, have my fines greatly reduced, and my full driving privileges back in under 6 months ...of each case. He fought harder for me and went above and beyond every single step of the way. Throughout the entire process he treated me like a person, not just a client. I was conversed with and talked to genuinely and he provided me with all of the information on what my maximum sentance could be and how he was going to do his best to reduce it. I appreciated having all of the information to know what to expect if things did not go as favorably as we would like; however, he absolutely was incredible. Timothy was and excellent lawyer all the way through our lengthy pretrial. He kept a level head and helped with everything that was needed even with some difficulties due to the prosecution.
