James D. Falvey

I was referred to James Falvey initially, to help with a minor traffic case. He was referred by a very well-known P.I. Lawyer in the area, seen on tv commercials daily. The case was cut and dry, but I was impressed how he handled it; and how he was respected by the court members and other lawyers gre...eting him at the courthouse. I subsequently hired him for a defense case, which to no fault of his, turned very ugly. Jims understanding of the law, attention to detail in presenting the facts had resulted in us having a solid defense. In the end, I decided to settle the case as it was a more appropriate financially and reduced liability and exposure. I would have been very comfortable and confident had we gone to trial, and he could have easily tailored his advice to draw the case out and charge more for service, but he did the right thing and helped me through a big mess.
