Richard Bashein is an excellent Attorey. He handled my difficult workers compensation case and did a great job.

I would not recommend this attorney

Mr. Bashien came highly recommended, but within 6 weeks, I began to see red flags. He took 2 weeks to respond to a simple phone call. He failed to show for a hearing after confirming that he would be there, and failed to communicate in any way about the 2d hearing. I requested that he withdraw a m...otion that he made without consultation, and he failed to respond to my request, or communicate in any way. I discharged him, and am happy with my new attorney.
