Harvey was hired to defend us in a civil case, told us to use all our money to save our home. We had a good case and was ready to go to trial, he totally blew us off, did not show up for hearings, I found out he dropped the case by reading the court dockets online, he did not even have the profession...

Ordinarily, attorneys drop cases or request to be removed as counsel when there is a dispute between clients and the attorney, such as when a client fails to timely submit payment. Even then, any notice of withdrawal of counsel must be approved in writing by the court. However, because this review is anonymous, we are unable to comment any further on the specifics of your case.
