Harvey Bruce Bruner

I hired Harvey for my first and only brush with the law. I had one charge originally without any prior record. Harvey said I had no choice but to plead guilty. There was no negotiating. I plead guilty to the same original charge. During my imprisonment, I had multiple corrections officers tell me my ...attorney was obviously involved in some corruption with the judge/prosecutor. They took a look at my case and said it was crazy I ever had to do prison time. Harvey never seemed to care. He literally showed up at my hearing, then again at my sentencing, never contacting me outside of our dates in court. He does not care, just wants your money. Consider this your warning - do not hire him! Side note - I will say John M. that works for him does seem to care. He should do himself a favor and find a job working with another attorney.

Represented me in domestic violence case of which I didn't do.. Told me that even though I was if I went to trial I'd lose and get maxed out on sentencing.. Guaranteed me if I took a plea deal that id get probation.. Took it because this terrible person scared me... Got maxed out.. Do not trust this... guy. Incompetent liar.

I hired Harvey to represent my boyfriend in a attempted murder case and I admit I was a bit sceptal especially after reading these reviews. He has a very serious straight forward attitude that also made me second guess my decision but I was already $13,000 in and didn't have money for a new attorney.... But when the trail date come Harvey impressed me!!! He questioned the victims credibility and even made the case detective look incompetent!!! I hope I never need his services agin but if so I definitely will call him! The case is still going on but it's definitely looking good and in favor for my boyfriend! Job well done!

Do yourself a favor don't hire Harvey. This attorney misrepresented me in court and got himself dismissed from my case. And this was after I paid him in full. I will be looking into reporting him to the Bar association. Worst mistake I could have made going with Bruner made my legal situation worst! ...You have been warned.
