My Firm's practice is dedicated to the representation of employees and executives throughout the State of Ohio. The Young Law Firm's mission is to vigorously defend the rights of employees. I frequenty represent individuals with disabilities, ethnic and religious minorities, as well as those who have been discriminated against on account of their age, gender or sexual orientation. I bring a truly unique perspective having previously defended corporations at one of Ohio's largest law firms.

Discriminatory Intake Secretary
When I attempted to provide information for an employment discrimination matter, the intake secretary repeatedly interrupted me and mocked my age discrimination claims. She actually told me I was a "perpetual student." Wow!
