When you need a specialist

The medical profession is typically divided between the general practitioner and the specialist. The legal profession is similar between the general attorney and the specialist attorney. I had an employment issue so I went to an employment specialist attorney - Neil. First, he was very good in discussing the situation and explaining the issues to me. Second, he consulted his 3 partners on a few things. The "team" approach is very big in a number of professional services, including health, and, in my case, 4 heads were better than 1. Third, although he was the attorney "in charge" I never felt I was standing on the sidelines. Neil kept me very well informed and respected my opinions and decisions. Many times when we're looking for specialists in any field, we turn to online reviews. I'm throwing in my hat for Neil. When you want the best specialist in employment law go with him.

Very HIP

I met Neil in April of 2005. My start up was facing a few legal issues that had the potential to bury us. Amazingly Awesome

I am writing this review on the 4 year anniversary of Neil successfully negotiating a favorable outcome to non-compete fight that 11 other lawyers told me was un-winnable. The other 11 lawyers told me my only option was to violate the non-compete and fight it in court. I felt the other 11 lawyers just wanted a long drawn out battle so they could create their own revenue stream. Neil's approach was fast, effective and worth every last cent of what he billed. He negotiated and won everything I wanted. On this day, the company I started has supported my family for 4 years, and Neil Klingshirn played a huge role in it's success.

Excellent lawyer, extremely knowledgeable and highly recommended!

I found Neil by doing a Google search and certainly did not expect to find such great lawyer right away. He represented me in a case that involved a previous employer. I was pleasantly surprised by Neil's knowledge and his ability to answer ALL of my questions and concerns immediately after I contacted him. I did not hesitate to contact him - he always made himself available and I could not have asked for better communication. Trustworthy and Honest Representation

After struggling through issues of my case with another attorney, I found Neil. He understood that I had ethical considerations in entering a settlement agreement, yet he let me know when I could not afford to allow my moral compass to make all the decisions. He was very responsive, sharp, and did not back down from a major Cleveland-based law firm. He did not attempt to deal behind my back, and I very much appreciated his professionalism.

Extremely Qualified Attorney

Mr. Klingshirn is an excellent attorney who shows quick understanding of the case issues. He has an amazing ability to remember detail. He is a dedicated, very well qualified, and knowledgeable lawyer with a solid and current, legal perspective. He is an effective communicator. He treated me in a collegial manner, always answering my questions, keeping me up-dated, and explaining all the aspects of my case. He is able to explain complex legal issues and make them understandable. He was always available via email or telephone for consultation and to address my concerns. Client Review

Attorney Neil Klingshirn represented me in a lawsuit with a former employer regarding beach of contract (promise of bonus which was never paid). Neil was very knowledgeable in this area, and did a very good job of obtaining an out-of-court settlement before the case went to trial. I have recommended Neil to several of my friends who have labor law issues.

Exceptional Lawyer

I would strongly recommend Neil as a lawyer. Neil was great to work with as he is extremely knowledgeable about employment discrimination. He took the time to explore the details of my case and then explain how the law fit into my circumstances. Neil gave me options as we moved through the various stages of the case. He always responded to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Neil took the time to answer my questions and explain in detail what was happening. I always found him to be hard working and attentive. The documents he prepared for me were exceptionally well written. I also enjoyed his sense of humor as going through the case was not always easy on me.

I recommend Mr. Klingshirn without hesitation or reservation. He is conscientious, razor-sharp mentally and intellectually and a master at comprehending case details.
