I have had my fair share of run-ins with the law, and as a result, I have worked with dozens of lawyers over the years. I can say without hesitation that Ashley Jones is the best I have ever worked with. I do not want to state the exact outcome that Ashley was able to obtain for me because it was s...o outlandishly amazing that everyone may expect her to work similar miracles on their case, but suffice to say, I was extremely pleased. I utilized Ashley on a multitude of cases that spanned two jurisdictions- Summit County and Lakewood Ohio. To say that my situation was complex and involved would be an understatement (I will say it involved a 3rd OVI charge in addition to 7 OTHER CHARGES), but Ashley got me an outcome better than I could have imagined. I kid you not when I say that both judges remarked how lucky I was to have Ashley as my lawyer before delivering me incredibly favorable sentences. As if literally being told by judges that Ashley was my saving grace was not enough to convince me that Ashley is the one of the greatest attorneys ever, she is also just a remarkable and kind hearted human being. Attorneys with similar prowess often seem to feel that they do not need to answer the phone or return calls, but Ashley is the exception to this rule. She ALWAYS returned phone calls in a timely manner, always calmed me down when I worked myself into an anxiety attack over my cases, and literally did whatever was possible to make me comfortable and prepared for our legal battles. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about Ashley. I am 32 years of age and sadly had to obtain my first lawyer at the tender age of 16, and in the ensuing 16 years I have dealt with no less than 12 different attorneys for a variety of reasons. Ashley was head and shoulders above them all- even ones that cost double what she did. So if you have any type of criminal legal issue, stop reading through AVVO reviews and contact Ashley immediately! She is honest, caring, returns phone calls, and is an amazing attorney on top of it all that was able to turn my horrific legal situation into a manageable one that allowed me to keep my job, sanity, and home. Seriously, stop reading this review and contact Ashley now. You will not regret it. There is simply not a better criminal attorney available in the Ohio area. As a side note, I will say that she is a bargain compared to what her peers charge. So if you want the best attorney possible and one that will truly have your back through the whole process, contact Ashely Jones. Or, you can find a more expensive one who will rip you off and most likely not return your calls and not get you a better verdict than Ashley could, or you could obtain a cheaper attorney that will get you verdict that is not any better than one a court appointed lawyer would obtain. I'm going to make this short and sweet, to elaborate would do no justice. I hired Ashley to represent me in a fairly nasty criminal case, suffice it to say i walked out of the court room a free man. I can say that Ashley has a superb knowledge of the law and strides through the legal system with flaw...less grace. Ashleys uncanny abilities does not just sit solely in the courts, i found that what really makes her stand out is her genuine concern with her clients well being. After being charged with a second DUI in less than a year I was overcome with worry, anxiety and depression. Not only was I not drunk but the cop stopped me for no reason.
