As a first offender, I had no idea what to expect after getting an OVI. I called Patt and he came to my house THAT DAY to talk to me. He really seemed like he knew what he was talking about. But the magic came in court. He is so knowledgeable on what to expect from the courts that he asked me to do a couple of things before my court date that really worked out in my favor. He was able to get my charge lowered and have minimal other consequences. I'm very pleased and would hire again...but hoping I never get in the situation where I have to again!

Pat Quinn is beyond amazing at what he does. It was Easter Sunday when I had contacted him. He still returned my call and met with me the next day. He was very personable and honest with what he saw as potential outcomes. Pat is also very thorough and explains every aspect about what he is going to do to get the situation resolved. Even with me being from out of state, my matter was resolved in less than 2 months. After meeting with the Judge & Prosecutor, my BAC charge was dropped and my OVI was changed to reckless ops. This happened even though I failed the field sobriety & blew well over the legal limit. To say Pat is amazing at his job is an understatement! If you need an Attorney, Pat is who you should be choosing!

I mirror the positive sentiments of his many prior reviewers. Simply put, Pat Quinn is the best at what he does and is by your side throughout.
Pat Quinn came to my home the day I called on a Sunday, within 24hours of my arrest. I was pulled over for a turning violation, and without thinking twice endorsed to the cops that I had been drinking earlier in the evening (not expecting what would come next!). I failed a series of field sobriety tests and blew a BAC well over the legal limit.
I was hysterical and could barely fathom what was happening. I had met with another lawyer and spoke to many more but, no one gave me the confidence and sense of calm Pat provided. He is honest, to-the-point, and on day-1 laid out the possible outcomes of my case and how we would manage them. Pat answered all of my questions, no matter how many times thereafter I called or asked to meet in-person.
I work in an industry that expects high moral standards of their employees and an OVI conviction would have ended a lifelong dedication to the field. I was about to start a new position, working with leaders in the field, and couldn’t imagine how I would present to them what I had done. I was devastated…expecting the worst…
Pat gave me clear instructions on what I needed to accomplish before my court date. I participated in a 3-day DIP, volunteered at an alcohol and drug recovery center, and obtained an alcohol and drug assessment. He filed a motion to suppress my BAC citing the test had been manipulated by the cop and that my history of GERD would invalidate the results. Ten weeks after my arrest, I was standing in court before the judge where my BAC was dismissed and OVI charge reduced to a reckless operation, a conviction that bears no association with alcohol.
We are all human and make mistakes. Having learned the lesson, we all deserve a person like Pat to ensure that our lives continue unfettered.

I would most defiantly recommend Pat if you get a dui/ovi......this was my 1st one ever I was scared and didn't know what to do ...my manager recommended me to Pat Quinn said he was a great lawyer and family friend...well that was the best choice I've made in a while to hire him...he got my ovi dropped to a physical control and $1000 fine reduced to $100....he also worked with me on a payment plan I was completely comfortable with ...he's the best in my eyes A+ work....

The day after my traffic stop and OVI charge it felt like the world had crashed down on me. I had never been in this situation and had no idea what to do. While I was picking up my car from the impound lot an employee there gave me a business card for Patrick Quinn. Calling Patrick Quinn ended up being the best decision I could have made at that difficult time. It was a Saturday when I called and Patrick answered my call immediately. He listened to my story patiently. He explained his background and experience with OVI cases. He made no promises, but stated he would do everything in his power to get the DUI dropped to a lesser charge or possibly dismissed. He put me at ease during a very stressful time. He mentioned that he was traveling to California for an OVI Testing conference and couldn't meet with me right away, but he would have an associate meet with me ASAP. The very next day his associate, Ron, came to my home to go over the nuts and bolts of my defense. It ends up that I made the right choice in hiring Patrick Quinn. Over the past couple of months I’ve learned that Patrick is highly respected by the courts and police departments as an expert in the field of OVI testing procedures and in OVI defense cases. And when he walked into the court for my pretrial I noticed immediately that he had the attention and respect of the prosecutor and judge. Patrick was able to show that some injuries I had gotten on my job made it difficult for me to successfully perform the roadside sobriety tests. And because he had carefully looked over the police video from the night of my arrest, he was able to prove that I had mentioned that to the officer just before the tests were administered. Patrick was able to get my OVI reduced to a non-alcohol related charge of Reckless Operation. I work for the government and an OVI conviction would have ended my career and made it very difficult for me to find comparable employment.
Patrick came through for me when I was fighting for my livelihood and future. I highly recommend Patrick Quinn for your OVI case.

Patrick Quinn was the only attorney to answer my call on a frazzled Sunday morning after my arrest for an OVI. He actually answered the phone himself. What a relief to speak with him. Not only had I contacted a dozen attorneys that morning, but all I had managed to get were answering services. Patrick came to my house that very day and the first words he spoke to me were "take it easy on yourself and leave the worrying to me." He wasn't concerned about finances, just about helping me. He took time to answer all of my questions, and listen to my particular circumstances. I am in the medical field and I was terrified of the repercussions the offense would have on my career. Patrick "held my hand" through the entire process. Throughout everything Patrick was always available to answer questions, he got me driving privileges as fast as possible and the best part, he got my OVI reduced. He was able to get my OVI reduced to reckless operation. Words cannot describe the feeling of knowing the offense had been reduced. If you find yourself in the awful position of an arrest, don't wait, call Patrick Quinn immediately. He is reliable, hard working, kind, intelligent and has a great way of making you laugh when all you want to do is cry. You want this man on your side. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Mr. Quinn and his associates did a phenomenal job. Particularly Mr.Kakish. He is very flexible and met with me on a Sunday the day after my arrest.
Also very kind, courteous, and made me feel at ease after speaking with him. My original ovi charge was dropped to reckless operation. I would recommend him to anyone facing an ovi/dui charge.

I needed an attorney and I needed one fast. A friend of mine was recently involved in a similar situation and was represented by Patrick Quinn so I decided to reach out to him. Not only was I able to speak with him the very first time I called, but was literally sitting across from him discussing my case a mere two hours later. Mr. Quinn was so accommodating; he actually came to ME! I didn't think it was possible but he truly made me feel better about this unfortunate circumstance. Patrick has a way of putting you at ease; making you feel comfortable yet informed so there are no unexpected surprises. And let me assure you, this man does his homework...making sure he has all pertinent facts combined with years of experience & expertise, Patrick works to obtain positive results. He and his staff are personable, invested and will do all they can to obtain a favorable outcome. Never once did he make money a priority over his services; he assisted me with a payment plan, being considerate of my income and financial situation. I highly recommend Patrick Quinn and his associates to anyone who is in need of legal assistance.
It is a pleasure and honor to work with such respectable and competent people.

Ok, if the previous reviews have not convinced you to hire Mr. Patrick Quin. Let me give you my recommendation and give you my review. I recently started a job that requires to drive from state to state. An OVI conviction would have left me without a job and homeless.
Mr. Quin fought for my case and a very hard case at that. I did not blow but failed the field sobriety test and they found an open container in my car. I was convinced that I was going to be convicted but due to the hard work of Mr. Quin I was only charge with operating a vehicle under the influence. A lesser charge that does not carry any points on my license and I was able to keep my license.
Mr. Quin was accessible through his cell phone and if not he would return my phone calls on a Saturday and or Sunday. Very friendly, professional and hard working. A++++
In my book he is the best lawyer out there even with the odds against me and evidence laid out against me he was able to fight for my case and win.
If you get pulled over for a OVI in Ohio you must Hire Mr. Quin.
