I was charged with fleeing and evading!

I called Stevin Groth after a Toledo Police Officer charged me with driving on a closed roadway and fleeing and evading. These are very serious charges and the fleeing and evading is a felony! I've been driving here in Ohio since 1987 and have never even been pulled over for an infraction. The las...t ticket I got was in 1984 and that was in Los Angeles. In court, Mr. Groth spoke with the prosecutor and the charges were basically dropped. I pled to a "broken equipment" charge and paid $143.00 total. That was it. This won't raise my insurance and I won't get any points on my license. It could have been far worse and I'm very happy with the way Mr. Groth represented me, I was very worried when I first contacted his firm and he told me not to worry, that he could and would take my case. I'm very happy with the outcome and would advise anyone who needs an attorney to consider Mr. Groth and his team. Hopefully I won't need to hire an attorney again but if I do, it'll be Stevin Groth!
