Biography
I can only imagine the fear that comes with being charged with a crime and knowing that you might lose your freedom. But, I try to. I try to put myself in my clients' shoes. With me as your attorney, you will never feel abandoned. I make it a point to truly listen to my clients' side of the story, their concerns, and their fears.
In every case I handle, the first thing I do is look for some way to get the charge dismissed or to end up with a not guilty verdict. If that's not possible, I try to resolve the case in whatever way is most important to my client. If my client's main concern is not doing jail time, that's what I aim for. If my client is mostly worried about a particular charge being on their record, I try to get the charge amended to one that they are ok with.
I strive to ensure that my clients are as comfortable as possible at every stage of this scary process. And, I work hard to get my clients the best possible result- no matter how strong the evidence against them may seem.

I was arrested for possession of a narcotic and driving under suspension. Allison was able to get the driving offense dropped and the possession charge reduced to a misdemeanor. I left court with only a fine.
