Unbelievable person, not just a lawyer!!

I happened to be in the same courtroom as Alison today. I had a simple expungement hearing in front of a judge that didn’t go my way. As I’m walking out of the courtroom and down the hall. A woman approached me with her arm out holding her business card. She told me who she was and how she completely... disagreed with the decision that just happened to me. She offered to speak to me regarding this after her other cases. After she returned we sat down and went over what happened with my charge. She did explains to just stay here in the courtroom, She’s going to look into the my file down stairs and returned again shortly. Also explaining to me what just happened to me and how this has been occurring to other people as well. So, I waited anxiously as what I was going to do with my next steps if this didn’t go my way. About 20 minutes go by and she returns saying my expungement was just granted after speaking to a judge regarding it on her own!! I wasn’t even in the courtroom and she took it upon herself to get involved. As you can imagine I was completed thrilled!! If it wasn’t for her being in the same courtroom as me, I wouldn’t have my expungement granted. She took her own time to help me with this knowing I needed it. I honestly believe that says a lot about her character as person and not just a lawyer! That’s someone I would want representing from day one if you have legal concerns in your life! I could tell she just wanted to do the right thing for someone that was looking for some guidance and in her eyes was treated unfairly. Well she fixed that completely and made everything right! I couldn’t thank her enough and I will be paying it forward!! I wish more people in our world were like this!! Excellent attorney!!

A wonderful and pleasant young Lady.

She is great!!!! I explained to her my situation in which I was falsely accused and she was so compassionate and understanding about how my case could harm my future as an employee in the healthcare field. She reassured me that she has represented people in the past that have been employed as healthc...are workers and that she would do her absolute best to make sure that my case turned out in my favor. From the beginning she thoroughly explained how the court process works as far as the trial, subpoenas for witnesses, the states evidence against me and the possible outcomes that could come about. From the beginning till the end she was completely upfront and honest about everything. She was always available to answer any questions I had and she always kept me updated on the progress of my case. I pray I never have to hire a criminal attorney again, but if for some reason I do I would definitely hire her again as well as refer anyone to her that needed a a great criminal defense attorney. In the end my case was dismissed and she even went the extra mile to file a motion to have the case sealed. She works very hard and takes her job very seriously I couldn't have asked for better representation from an attorney. Thanks again Attorney Allison!!!!

Best Attorney Ever!

I hired Allison twice. First time she fought for my husband when he was detained by immigration. He had a prior conviction that she got dismissed from decades ago..We are so thankful to have found such a wonderful attorney. Allison went above and beyond and we feel blessed to know her. She is so int...elligent and worked hard for us when we thought there was no hope. She is very talented and knows the laws inside and out. We hired her the second time to have my husband's record sealed. She did a wonderful job. We highly recommend Allison. We would hire her again in a heartbeat.
