She told me there would be NO immigration consequences to pleading guilty prior to being placed into the Intervention in Lieu of Conviction program. I trusted her because she was my lawyer. She could have sought pretrial diversion for me. It was my first and only offense. Non-violent. No impact to th...e community. It’s been years now and I’m still battling the consequences of her terrible guidance. DO NOT hire her.

Run as fast and as far as you can from this POS Lawyer. This idiot called me the night before trial and told me that she wasn't coming and that her worthless assistant Gage wise would be there. This turd had no knowledge of my case and of course he got ate alive. The sad thing is that he was embarr...assed by a second hand lawyer who laughed at him when he walked in. Thank God that I fired her worthless A**. I had to report her to the bar in order to get my money back. She has an awful reputation at the AG's Office. She is a used car salesman that will sell you a lemon and try to justify why it was a good car. She will blame the clients actions but never take accountability for her B.S RUN RUN RUN Away from anything that has her name on it.

Priya is an excellent attorney. She exhibits patience and wisdom in adverse situations. She explained all of my options throughout a long and difficult divorce. I love how she thinks outside of the box coming up with solutions that are different than the ordinary. She is great at explaining the law, ...its impact, and strategies to get to a satisfactory result. I was not always happy with how the law was impacting my life but she found solutions to help me cope with it. If I got upset with a decision from the judge, she didn’t take it personally and patiently explained how I could survive it. She is great at giving you hope. She is responsive with emails and never makes you feel like you’re a burden to her. She is flexible, reliable, reasonable, honest and dependable. I consider all of these to be great assets in an attorney. She also handled herself very professionally with judges and other attorneys. I’m happy I found her and that she represented me so well. Thank you Priya for taking care of me and my future. I’m very grateful!

I contacted Priya a little over a year ago after I was not getting what I needed from my prior attorney, and was also being charged more than I would have been able to continue paying that firm at that time. I was also already in the process of divorce for approximately four months when I found Priya... on Avvo. Her strengths are as follows: she is empathetic but has clear boundaries with me and I’m assuming, other clients. She knew how to manage me when I was having a crisis and overall her communication was excellent. I know a lot of divorce attorneys are known for vague communication and Priya is not one of those. She also knows how to see things in the long view and offer advice and “worst case scenarios” in various situations. I also never had the impression that I was a client of hers just so she could make money, which had been my prior impression of my first attorney retained. I don’t think I would have made it to the completion of my divorce without her, and that’s not an exaggeration. That being said, don’t confuse your attorney with your therapist, but that doesn’t mean you have to retain someone with terrible communication skills. Priya is excellent on her communication to me and when sending on the communications to opposing counsel for me to read. Divorce is difficult and feels endless. Having even one person who you feel is advocating for you and your children for the common and best outcome for all involved is invaluable.
