True advocate
Dennis was a true advocate for me. He was responsive, honest and hard working. I have worked with other lawyers in the past and Dennis was by far the most aggressive and compassionate lawyer I have worked with. I found him to be creative, smart and honest throughout my case. I cannot thank Dennis enough for his hard work during my entire case.

Excellent
Dennis is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in his practice of law. Additionally, he takes the time to walk through the "realities" of your choices as opposed to just the legal language and standing.

Just saw Dennis pop up and need to comment. As someone who does divorces and who has had Dennis as an opposing counsel, i I’d hire him in a second though hope I’d never need to. Dennis is a superb attorney. Great guy. Smart guy. A good guy.

The best!
When I was blind sided with infidelity and a divorce, I frantically looked for an attorney. I had many emails out to different lawyers. Dennis responded to me that night at 9pm. I was able to meet with him the following week. I met with two other attorneys but felt Dennis was the best. He surpassed my expectations and I had a smooth divorce.

Dennis Horvath guided me through the divorce from start to finish. Although the process can be a very traumatic, his experience and compassion gave me as much peace of mind that was possible. Retaining Dennis was the best decision I made. He worked with me on a difficult divorce and custody case. He guided me through every step of the way. He was responsive, patient with me (I can be a bit much at times) and was always on top of my matter. No matter how busy he was, he always made time for a return phone call or email. Dennis always gave me straight forward honest advise and was always looking out for my best interest - even if it was not what I wanted to hear. The best you can get
Dennis is the lawyer you want on your side. He is a gentleman and a scholar. He not only has the knowledge and experience to obtain what is right, but he is not afraid to fight for what is wanted. It is refreshing to find someone to represent me that I could trust and was honest. I retained Dennis to amend an original divorce decree. He was able to get me school placement, more time with my kids and remove child support among other modifications.

The Best
I retained Dennis to represent me in a difficult divorce. I cannot thank Dennis enough. He was there for me where no on else was. He always made time for me and always made me feel like a priority. My case involved business valuations, forensic accountants and a Guardian ad Litem. He stayed on top of all the complicated issues and was always a step ahead of my Wife's attorney. His courtroom demeanor and skill is unmatched. He put all the pieces in place and set me up to succeed. Dennis was a blessing
Dennis was truly a blessing. This was the most difficult time in my life and Dennis guided me through a difficult divorce. He was honest and very responsive. He was always on top of my case. Most of all he always calmed me down and talked me off the ledge. At trial, Dennis was prepared and argued circles around my Husband's lawyer. My result was even better than I expected. "I fully endorse Mr. Horvath. My name is Dennis A. Rathburn, Esq., I have been an attorney since 1991 and my firm is Rathburn & Associates (www.RathburnAssociates.com). I have crossed paths with Mr. Horvath many times at the courthouse. The longest domestic case I had took about two and one-half years to close and Mr. Horvath was opposing counsel. The parties were both PH'd educated people with a large marital estate that included, real estate, accounts, pension plans that required QDRO's and personal property all needed divided. The parties also had minor children and the court appointed a Guardian ad Litem to resolve the minor child issues. There were many complex legal issues to address. Another challenging item was the parties were of Greek descent which made them hard to understand at times. Mr. Horvath presented himself with a high degree of skill. He was very professional and practiced with dignity and respect for all involved. I highly recommend & endorse Mr. Horvath."
