Parker Sinclair is an associate in Squire Patton Boggs’ Global Corporate Practice. Parker counsels clients on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, commercial contracts, and corporate governance. He represents clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, energy, technology, and real estate.
Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Parker worked for a Fortune 20 company where he focused on domestic tax planning and M&A due diligence.
Parker is an active member of the community and serves on the Executive Board of the Red Shoe Society of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio.
