Best Attourney Ever

Lindsey recently helped me with a potentially nasty divorce. There were some tricky issues involved and she was very knowledgeable. Not only did she work hard for me, she also guided me through the emotional time with tact that kept me in line with our final goals. Through her skills as an attorney a...nd as negotiator she was able to defuse a bad situation and was able to get me a favorable outcome. I could not be more happy with her service or the final outcome.

Above and beyond

Lindsey went above and beyond in my custody case. She put the children first and never wavered in her resolve in a 2 year battle. She is awesome I can't recommend her enough.

Grateful Dad

Approaching the end of my marriage I just wanted out and as far away from that person as possible. Lindsey and I met and she essentially gave me the facts about the divorce process, cleared up common myths about divorce and made me realize that, while difficult right now, things were going to be oka...y. Divorce and child custody are scary, life changing events and I am fortunate to have found not just a great attorney but an honest and caring person to help me through it. Lindsey isn't just going to tell you what you want to hear, she'll give you a square assessment on the situation and deal with you on the level. I appreciate her straight forward approach as well her her ability to always keep my daughter's well being a priority. To this day when I have questions she is always ready to talk and whats more, she always remembers my daughter by name and asks how she is doing. Look, I don't think there are any "winners" in these situations but you want someone who will look out for you. I've trusted Lindsey during one of the most difficult times in my life, not only with my well being but my child's too. It's a decision I'm glad I made.

Rainbow at the end of a potential nightmare

Recently, My X; and the other 50% ownership of my home, let me know that he was facing his mortality. This did effect me in obvious ways, BUT the reason why there was a breakup (and eventual moving out) was that this person, by nature, is an "Opportunist" in every respect of the word. MY worst nightm...are was that this person would 'WILL' his half of the home, that we've owned together, and I would be faced with either very greedy relatives wanting their share; forcing me into bankruptcy and/or onto the streets, and/or his new relations trying to cash in OR, worse yet, move into MY home as half ownership; even though the soured relationship has been over for 7+ yrs.: where I've lived alone and carried/maintained this property/MY HOME with zero assistance. Without knowing who to turn to, I turned to 'Lindsey Hutchinson' for guidance. In less than One week, she had presented me with papers that assured/protected my rights to "MY", "MY" home; after his eventual passing. This relief lifted an INCREDIBLE weight; knowing that, even though "I" saved this home from foreclosure and maintained it all these years, that it wasn't going to fall/given-over-to, into the hands of greed and hatred. Lindsey, literally, saved my Home and my Life (and sanity). Having said this, I would never even THINK of relying on anyone else BUT Lindsey Hutchinson for any and all.....Many, many Thanks, Lindsey!!!! I get to keep my Home (and life).

Marathon Woman

Lindsey was amazing. I had an ex that wanted to take my daughter out of state. I was extremely stressed out and Lindsey calmly walked me through whole process. When it came to actually going to court Lindsey got me more than I asked. She is an amazing attorney.
