This category includes all legal actions that result in the termination of marriage or separation. Under Ohio law, this includes dissolutions, divorces, annulments, and legal separations.

Including child custody actions between unmarried parents, post-divorce/dissolution modifications of custodial arrangements or parenting time schedules, child support issues, Grandparents' rights, and/or contempt actions to enforce your orders.

Cases involving minor children address the issue of child support. I have included this as 5% of my practice because this is a subset of the other categories. In addition, the CSEA can issue support orders and one should know their rights.

There some circumstances that do not fit into the broader categories, such as cases involving common law marriage, divorces or custody cases involving same-sex couples, prenuptial or ante-nuptial agreements, spousal support modification actions, etc.
