Do not hire

Unhappy with the performance of David Plumb. Bad reputation, could not maintain composure when in trial and arrogance clouded his judgement of outcome for my case. I ended up firing him and it completely changed the direction for my case. Consult any they lawyer before thinking of hiring David.

I have never taken a case to trial for a client who fired me during or after the trial. For this reason, I believe this was posted by someone posing as a former client in order to publish false information. Since the post was made anonymously, there is no way to know who did it, why they did it, or whether it is the same person posting other 1-star reviews on this profile (which, if read side-by-side, are remarkably similar). I have asked Avvo to remove this review for these reasons (because it is fake), but Avvo is not going to do so because they have strict policies that prevent attorneys from screening reviews. It is a policy I understand, but I wanted to ensure that anyone who reads this review understands that this anonymous reviewer was never a client of mine.
