This category includes all legal actions that result in the termination of marriage or separation. Under Ohio law, this includes dissolutions, divorces, annulments, and legal separations.

Including child custody actions between unmarried parents, post-divorce/dissolution modifications of custodial arrangements or parenting time schedules, child support issues, Grandparents' rights, and/or contempt actions to enforce your orders.

Cases involving minor children address the issue of child support. I have included this as 5% of my practice because this is a subset of the other categories. In addition, the CSEA can issue support orders and one should know their rights.

Bad Reputation

David lacks knowledge of case law, and the ability to understand what I needed and how to evaluate my case. This made him the wrong lawyer. He was so incompetent and I expected more from this firm! I tell all my friends not to go to him. He is lazy, uneducated and does nothing! Thanks for nothing!
