Catherine is an amazing lawyer!! During my custody battle she has been an amazingly confident,supportive, knowledge lawyer. I live in a different state than my child's mother and had to fight for my son that is battling cancer and had to make several trips to Ohio to fight for my son, because his mot...her couldn't or wouldn't acknowldge that my son was sick and wouldn't stay at the hospital long enough to learn how to take care of him!! This is being written to any Man that is going through a divorce with children. I would like to start with saying that I am beyond trying to comprehend to what is going on in my divorce right now. First for men that don't believe your spouse, the one that is supposed to love you and be there for you,... can up and Kidnap your children and take them out of state, and cut off all communication with you and your kids, believe me it happens. Because I am going through this right now. I have not seen my two very young boy's in over a year now. Mom is seeking revenge on me for handing her Dissolution papers last year, because of verbal, mental and physical abuse to me, now I am paying the price for me standing up for myself and my sons, so she answered with kidnapping my sons, and is doing everything in her power to keep them from me no matter who she hurts in the process, including her own sons. Ex Parte was issued October 18, 2017 during my divorce. Let me be clear that at that time I did not know or had ever heard of Ex Parte. The order gave my wife temporary custody of our sons.
