Catherine Mary White

Catherine is an exceptional attorney that has been practicing long enough to have firsthand experience with almost all situations of domestic dispute. She was able to see through most of noise created by the opposing party and their counsel to focus on what really mattered, the children. At times ...I was frustrated because she told me the truth instead of what I wanted to hear but this is what I needed. Catherine was consistent and always acted in the best interests of my children (even when my emotions got the best of me) and for that I am very grateful. My case was settled without going to trial and I am VERY happy with the results.

She told me it would all work out and it did. The family court process is long and often runs its course. Everything happened just as Catherine said it would and I would recommend her to anyone. I hugged her as I walked out of the courtroom. She told me she didn't understand why all of her clients... hug her instead of shaking her hand. It's because she leaves you feeling that good. She respects you. You will never feel embarrassed or ashamed. She is really that good. She is smart, well spoken and really that good.

I hired Catherine couple years ago for my custody case and she was very supportive. She told me not to worry about anything and handled my case in a professional manner. She represented me in a very professional manner. She is a sweet woman but knows how to spit fire when needed. I would recommend he...r to anyone anytime.

So I don't know much about Mrs. White, never really got the chance. I called her to inquire about a case and before I could explain much detail about anything I was rudely cut off. She launched off into whatever assumption she had developed in her mind which wasn't even close to the reason for my cal...l. Attorney White's website said how she would provide compassionate support, offers understanding and respect, along with affordable rates cause she believes everyone should have access to quality legal defense and not just those with a big bank account. However, in my opinion, I was not met by a compassionate/understanding person. I would have been lucky to feel some even morbid sense of respect but didn't even encounter that. I am looking to not be cut off, be able to give a full understanding of a situation, and be met with compassion so I will keep looking. Now as far as affordable I don't really know. She became to fixated on how I did get to say that my significant other was out of work but seemed to brush off the fact I said how I was not. Not to mention she didn't think what he had to pay into certain things was much at all. But I am a person that knows first hand every penny counts and some amounts of money may not be much to someone but for others it's a hell of a lot. Once again, if I was asked if I would recommend her even though I only spent 20 minutes talking "or shall I say listening" to her than I would say no. Not a very good first impression for me.
