My mother applied for emergency custody and legal custody of my daughter under false allegations. I am a mother of 3, one daughter (11) and two sons (3 and 10mths). My mother showed no care or concerns for my sons, she would pick up only my daughter to spend time with. After my mother disagree wit...h me on a puppy, she threatened me with police. After 6 days she called CPS and said I was starving, beating and mistreating my daughter. She would then proceed to call the police to do wellness checks on ONLY my daughter.
